Get a Job! Workshops: 15-hour program

This series of workshops gives students who are interested in finding work in North America the basic necessities to do so.  The program focuses on giving students the tools to prepare for a job application and interviews.

·         5 hours spent on writing cover letters to send along with a résumé.

·         3 hours of résumé writing that shows what to include and how to highlight pertinent information depending on the specific job description.

·         7 hours of interviewing tips and techniques to help participants succeed at an interview with confidence.

6 days over two weeks (3 classes per week) 2.5 hours per class
